2. General Rule of Prohibition
You may not participate in a market on Gowagr if:
- You are directly employed by, affiliated with, or contracted by a source of influence on the outcome.
- You possess material non-public information about the event.
- You can influence, determine, or significantly affect the outcome of a market directly or indirectly.
3. Categories of Prohibited Participants
A. Political Markets
Cannot participate in elections, political appointments, or legislative-based markets:

6. Penalties and Enforcement
Violators of this policy will be subject to:
- Immediate account suspension or permanent ban.
- Forfeiture of all market winnings and blocked access to funds.
- Public flagging of accounts for transparency (where applicable).
- Referral to law enforcement or regulatory agencies, especially in cases of fraud, collusion, or data misuse.
